Simplicity

Madhubani Art is named after Madhubani district of Bihar, India. These paintings were traditionally done on freshly plastered mud walls and floors of huts using colours derived from nature. This is my first attempt of recreating an artwork with improvisations in design and colour.
The solid wood Mahogany frame enhances the aesthetics of this painting.
